Annual Client Reviews: Consistently contacting your clients every year before their policy anniversary can go a long way to not only soliciting referrals, but also give you a chance to cross – sell them on other types of insurance, effectively making them a customer again.
I’m surprised there’s no CTA button at the bottom of the pricing page or features page. I found that not everyone notices the CTA button in the top corner, so having one that follows you down the page would be better.
Include Pop – Ups on YouTube Videos: There’s a lot to do with pop-ups on your video. Here’s a great article on how to add clickable buttons to your YouTube videos.
Lastly, and Amazon does this really well, your customers make great candidates, so do not forget to integrate some forms of registration or email as part of your purchase process. Just remember to treat these addresses with special look, which we will talk about in phase 2.
Offer Social Security Advice: We do not suggest that you offer tax or legal advice (and make sure you tell people that, btw). We are just recommending that you inform the seniors how their benefits will be taxed according to their income, which can be derived from various assets. Agents can possibly help consumers reposition their assets with the help of their financial advisor to help them avoid paying taxes on their Social Security benefits. Consumers in higher tax brackets could be paying higher Medicare premiums (because of IRMAA) that could be avoided as well.
advising people on something you’re passionate about. For most marketers, that’s the dream: the true place for any intellectual, power or guru.

I really appreciate the results that members of our team are already experiencing. GIVE IT A TRY!
Great article Matt! I have a product-based business (skincare to be precise) and I’ve been doing a lot of research on sales funnel over the past few days but only have come across examples for service-based businesses and struggling to apply those to my business . I do not have a free guide to opt in but you can not think of anything else for the follow up emails to create trust as well as a limited time offer. Would you have any suggestions?
Double check yourself, before you double wreck yourself. Make sure everything you send to a company, whether summary, email or portfolio, is good to go. Double check your grammar and wording, and for God’s use spell check! This is especially important when it comes to the company’s name. Do not spell their name and be sure to type it how they type it (e.g. Problogger, not Pro Blogger).
People are inundated with interruption, pitches, and advertisements everywhere they look, and though you might think your own is special, there’s a high probability that to the reader, it looks the same as the rest. This is why it’s important to remember where you are, and use your good manners as a result.
Some of the best emails out there pair of super simple design with brief, clever copy. When it comes down to it, my daily emails from Poncho – which sends me customizable weather forecasts every morning – takes the cake. They are colorful, enjoyable pictures and GIFs, and are very easy to scan. The copy is brief but clever with some great puns, and it aligns perfectly with the brand. Check out the copy near the bottom asking to “hang out of email.” Hats off to Poncho for using design to better communicate its message.

You can do anything online whether it is blogging, online games, sales, teaching, or web design even if you lack professional training or experience. Instead of looking for a second […]
Again, a video discussion of pricing is pretty interesting. Some sites keep their pricing wave, so a video explainer is helpful. Seeing a real member of Leadpages go over the pricing might connect better with customers.
Now that you have set up your topic on your site that this page hub will show you your best interests on this same topic, and it’s time to leverage the opportunity to build your email list.
we have the opportunity to see if people are interested in reviewing insurance options or taking care of their planning. But for those who are persistent and do not mind the exercise, this can be a non – competitive, low – cost way to prospect for the lead. You do not have to do this exclusively; you can mix it up with other prospecting practices and hit up the houses close to the other leads you’re meeting with. The great piece of advice is this: Do not sell at the door; sell yourself getting into the house. The easiest way is by asking them, “Where can we sit down?” While looking inside inside their shoulder, after promising beforehand that you only need a few minutes of their time. Once you get inside, you can focus on selling.

Customizing the email message for each recipient is easier when the information is split into several columns. For example, the name of the first column is better than keeping them in a single column called name. You can always put two fields together in your message, but pulling fields apart is much more difficult.
The homepage segments its audience by calling them professional SEOs. They’re not afraid to go heavy on the copy. Their products break down into two audiences: those who want a DIY solution (like a local business with more than one location), and marketers. People can self-segment.

The strongest buyer personas are based on insights you collect from your real readership, through surveys, interviews, and so on, in addition to the market research. The ending of an article provides a classic example of the “What’s Next?” Phenomenon experienced by web users. The time invested in that activity has ended, leaving users without a clear cue on what they should do next.

Max, I’ve done this for years and still get surprised. My daily motivational post this morning I was talking to 1 of the top networkers in Europe, a helicopter pilot in NYC, networking in Ottawa and an insurance broker in Florida before 9 am. 3

Publishing an email newsletter can help you generate new opportunities such as strategic partnerships, joint ventures, media interviews, speaking engagements, and more. It’s a good time to go to the right time, and it’s not possible to come from a subscriber, but from someone your ezine was forwarded to.

Our review: The surveys usually take about 10 minutes and are pretty easy to complete. You have to be honest as possible as they have a “strike system”. 3 bad surveys and you’re out (we like to see it as a challenge).

HubSpot customer Bonafide uses this email in one of its leading nurturing email series, and it’s a great example of a so-called email marketers forget. Your inbox recipients do not always remember who you are!
LinkedIn: LinkedIn is a little tricky, because this platform does not allow you to see who’s talking about some subjects. You can only search for people, companies, and jobs that revolve around a keyword or phrase. So, to find free leads on LinkedIn, you may find life events like job changes for people in your network (but you will not find much here about births or deaths.) Unless you’re lucky enough to spot a conversation from one of your connections ask directly about insurance, it may not be easy to search for free leads on LinkedIn as it is on other networks. But you should still leverage your LinkedIn profile to explain how you can help people with questions about insurance, and post helpful content to establish your expertise. By asking customers and other contacts to write recommendations of your service, you can make it easier for potential prospects to find you on LinkedIn, instead.
The beauty of Uber’s emails is in their simplicity. Email subscribers are alerted to deals and promotions with emails like the one you see below. We love how short the initial description is, paired with a very clear call-to-action – which is perfect for subscribers who are quickly skimming the email. For the people who want to learn more, these are followed by more detailed (but still pleasingly simple), step-by-step explanation of how the deal works.
I’m happy to also ask for a plug for my family’s app website in the opener of said post if you think this post suggestion is a good idea. Shameless I know … ..LOL! And have done a great job with that. At this point whatever you asked the tribe to do they would deliver for you.
